Nestled in picturesque surroundings, The Summit is a family run pub offering delicious home-cooked pub grub and a warm welcome.
Situated on Todmorden Road near the Yorkshire/Lancashire border the pub is right next to the Rochdale Canal.
Recently fully refurbished to a high standard in keeping with the countryside atmosphere, there is a lovely wood burning stove to sit by on those cold winter days and nights. The pub offers a range of fine ales, good pub grub as well as full a la carte restaurant menu. There are weekly artists for your entertainment, quiz nights and a pool table.
There is a large garden overlooking the canal with fantastic Summit scenery. The garden includes a range of children's play equipment to keep them busy while you enjoy a relaxing pint.
Food
The restaurant is currently open Friday to Sunday serving a range of tasty home-cooked meals. On Sunday, we serve a lovely Sunday Roast Dinner.

There is a quiz night every Sunday evening, live entertainment every Friday and Play Your Cards Right with a jackpot of £1,000 and regular events held every Saturday.
Pool, Darts and Dominoes are available and a staff of local people all contribute to a welcoming traditional pub where you can relax, dine and enjoy our extensive range of lagers, beers, and real ale while at the same time meet friends and regulars.
