Littleborough is a small town within the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale, in Greater Manchester, England. It lies amongst the South Pennines, 3 miles from Rochdale and 12.6 miles from the city of Manchester.

Littleborough is home to Hollingworth Lake.  Originally built as a reservoir to supply water to the Rochdale Canal, it is a popular water sports venue with a country park and nature reserve.
