A Huge Retro Party Coming to Littleborough

Littleborough is set to explode with neon colour, big hair and even bigger anthems as the Pure 80s Festival returns to Littleborough Cricket Club on Saturday 12th September 2026. This year’s line‑up has now been confirmed and it’s packed with powerhouse tribute acts and crowd‑pleasing performers celebrating the decade that defined pop culture.

Organised by the same people behind Little Glastonboro, the festival has become one of the boro’s most popular themed events, drawing fans of all ages for a full day of live music, nostalgia and festival‑style fun.

The 2026 event includes a vibrant mix of tribute artists and cover bands, including:

  • Go Span Duran - a triple‑tribute celebrating Go West, Spandau Ballet and Duran Duran
  • Tina Live - a high‑energy tribute to the legendary Tina Turner
  • Bon Journey - bringing the stadium‑rock sound of Bon Jovi and Journey
  • Fleetwood Nick’d - a tribute to the timeless hits of Fleetwood Mac
  • 19 Eighties - a lively 80s cover band keeping the dancefloor moving
  • Sing‑A‑Long Live - inviting the crowd to join in with classic 80s favourites
  • Jackson Kay - a popular cover artist adding even more variety to the day

The event will be hosted by Zac Caulcutt, keeping the energy high between sets.

As always, fancy dress is a major part of the Pure 80s experience. Expect to see neon, shoulder pads, leg warmers, leather jackets and everything in between. Organisers are offering epic fancy‑dress competition prizes, so festival‑goers are encouraged to go all‑out.

Alongside the music, visitors can enjoy:

  • A selection of local food vendors
  • A fully stocked bar
  • A buzzing festival atmosphere from afternoon into evening

Early Bird tickets are on sale at £22.50, with organisers warning that they are limited and expected to sell quickly.

While the event is not strictly adults‑only, organisers note that there are fewer activities for younger children compared to their family‑focused Little Glastonboro festival, leaving it to parents’ discretion. All attendees require a full‑price ticket.

With a stacked line‑up, a full festival setup and a whole community ready to dance, Pure 80s 2026 is shaping up to be one of the standout events of the year.
