Appeal for information following suspected car arson
Police are investigating following an incident in which a car was set on fire in Littleborough on Saturday
At around 1.15am Saturday morning (6 September), officers responded to reports of a vehicle fire on Cleggswood Avenue.
Thankfully, no-one was hurt during the incident.
One man, aged 42, has been arrested on suspicion of stalking and conspiracy to commit arson. He has been bailed pending further enquiries.
As officers progress their investigation, they are asking members of the public who may have information to please come forward.
This includes anyone who may have seen something suspicious, or has relevant doorbell, CCTV, or dashcam footage from the area at the time.
