Littleborough Baker Celebrates Success at British Pie Awards

A much-loved Littleborough business is celebrating national recognition after scooping up two awards at the prestigious British Pie Awards.

Sarah Green's Artisan Pies who trades through her shop, Bake 'N' Butty, impressed judges with her handcrafted creations, earning Silver for her Steak & Porter Pie and Bronze for her Minted Lamb & Vegetable Pie.

The awards are a huge achievement in what is widely regarded as one of the most competitive pie competitions in the country, attracting top bakers and butchers from across the UK.

Owner Sarah Green shared her delight following the announcement:

“To say I’m overjoyed is an understatement, they must have run out of gold awards though so maybe next year.

From the bottom of my heart thank you all for your continued support and also for buying my pies and loving them as much as you do.”
